Just been listening to The Doors whenever I’ve had time since Tuesday.
Thanks dad, ace present.

The Doors “Break On Through (To The Other Side)”
I can remember when I first heard this song many years ago. It was like a shot of pure adrenaline.
Inbox me for it, I don’t want to start getting scam calls like I did before.
First I would like to just address the incident in Olso and express my deepest condolences to the individuals and families effected by this terrible crime. It disgusts me that sociopaths out there can put themselves before the lives of so many others.
On a side note: it infuriates me how celebrity obsessed we are. Obviously I’m talking about the death of Amy Winehouse and the influx of R.I.P Amy Whinehouse and Amy Whinehouse joke posts on facebook. I won’t even get into the jokes, which are just sick and I don’t mind that people are showing their care for Amy, I just care that 95% of those people posting statuses didn’t even so much as acknowledge what happened in Oslo yesterday. It’s just the sheer ridiculousness of some of these posts that got me. I’m not going to mention names, but I can’t even tell if some people are joking or not, the way they reacted to Amy’s death just seems so mindnumbingly stupid. That one celebrity can garner so much attention, but the death of over 90 in Oslo can’t, is what annoys me most.
Though fortunately there were people posting condolences to both Amy and those in Oslo, and I’m happy to see that. I’m glad that some people don’t lose focus on what is really important.
Now to my life.
A lot of things have gone my way recently, I’ve been really lucky, but I do feel as though I’ve been making my own luck. It just proves that you really have to put yourself out there to get what you want. I have a really good feeling about this summer and it hasn’t even gotten to my birthday or the holiday yet, already I’m super stoked. I’m not willing to disclose on everything here, but just little things have just been helping me out. For example I just learnt today that the shipping cost on the bicycle I was looking to get last year has been completely removed. So now the bike is effectively half the price, making it a reasonable buy for me. I’m also finding my tennis is improving every day and I’m feeling more confident every time I play. Really looking forward to what this summer has to offer.
That’s cute.
I forgot my pin number a few months back and haven’t used my card at a cash machine since. When I first forgot it, I tried to enter the number at the cash machine but eventually it just blocked me.
It’s funny how things work out, but I just happened to come across a piece of paper, in a draw, on which I had written my pin down. Though trust the bank to make a good moment bad, when I said I had remembered my number and wanted the card unlocked they sent me the SAME NUMBER back in the post and hadn’t even unlocked the card.
Some things just get made awkward by other people.
If I can’t fix my bike, or a get a new one sometime this summer, I’ll cry. The weather’s too good to stay inside. Last summer I was about to get a new bike , then it turned out that the shipping was just as expensive as the bike itself. Hopefully shipping costs don’t kill my fun this summer.
